This programme is designed for couples that have for whatever reason lost the “spark” of intimacy. If you cannot bear years of emptiness this ‘couple only’ programme is for you. Within the programme we explore eight levels of your individual awareness and how this has affected you as a couple, we then work towards a mutual resolution of any emotional, physical and sexual communication issues.

These levels are:

1. Your situation and environment - which is vital for a loving responsive relationship.
2. Your behaviour, which indirectly and directly affects the next level…
3. Your capabilities, which can have adverse effects on your sexuality, loving and understanding.
4. Your beliefs, which are vital in any relationship, so we address these congruently and wisely.
5. Your values because how you value yourself and others affect everything in your life…
6. Your identity, because this is often lost within many relationships and can affect all the other levels.
7. Your purpose…without purpose life feels empty, sad, unfulfilled and reckless.
8. Your spirituality…to be spiritual sexually is to be alive and free.

You will be working with a therapist who has been married for forty-two years and has many years of experience. People fall in and out of love throughout any marriage/relationship being aware and accepting the lows as well of the highs means you bring a special awareness and understanding into your relationship.
