No different to sitting in my therapy room, except you are where you are, and I'll be here. You can enjoy a coffee in the comfort of your own home and feel completely secure in the knowledge that you're having very professional and experienced support, advice and mentoring.  However you do need to make sure that you are somewhere where you won't be disturbed and you feel free to work
