THIS TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY is a major lifestyle change, are you ready to take this monumental journey?

If you are then you could do no better than work in what is termed by Optimum Healing the Nine Levels of Awareness. As Anais Nin said in his diaries - "Throw your dreams into space like a kite, and you do not know what it will bring back, a new life, a new friend, a new love, a new country."

You do not need to have anything wrong with you to do this programme

Just a desire to have a more fulfilling and purposeful life. This programme offers a combination of ancient philosophies, complementary therapy and modern psychological approaches and is considerably less than I paid back in 1995. Why am I doing a course for less than a weekend away, well three reasons.

1.            I believe everyone deserves to be happy.

2.            I believe we have a duty of care

3.            I believe we knowledge needs to be shared

So why don’t I do this for free!

Well I did and people never worked at making those changes. Like anyone who has something for free, they thought there must be a catch, when there wasn't!  But what I did notice was, that the students never valued what they were learning. So I decided to charge what I thought was reasonable, then I asked students what they would pay for this life-time of knowledge and skills and the fee varied from £500 to a whopping £3.000.

·      10% thought £500,

·      25% felt £900,

·      40% said £1.400; most courses cost this, I have paid far more and had far less than what I offer.

·      20% said £2.000 plus

·      10% said £3.000.

This was based on what each student felt they would be willing to pay.

So I pitched this programme at £325.00 for each level (each course stands alone) and each is certificated. There are three levels and within each of these levels, you can if you wish to learn Reiki and Seichem Healing, which is entirely optional, but most want to include this beautiful empowering energy.

TWO CERTIFICATES are given at each level, one for Reiki and Seichem (R&S) which has 10 CPD issued via EMBODY and a certificate for the Lifestyle Change Programme. Reaching level/degree in R&S you could well become a practicing therapist. If this were your intention then you would be advised to do the level 4, Degree 4 in R&S, which includes running a successful business.

This fee has lasted for 12 years and I have no intention of altering this for then next year at the very least. So if you have tried other ways, and they haven’t worked, you may simply have been on the wrong track, try us and see how much more advanced you will be. On this programme you will go through nine easy steps which cover:

Environment and situation at present – why you act the way you do, and what changes can be made. Addressing these areas cannot help but change your

Behaviour and actions, when this happens you become less negative and more positive. We move rapidly onto to your

Potential and capabilities where you begin to be more confident, with higher levels of self-esteem. From there we go through your

Beliefs, thinking,principles and values, which are vital for you to improve in all areas. We then go onto your

Individuality, personality (identity) and then onto

Purpose (the reason for living) and

Spirituality brings inner peace,wisdom, clarity and focus.

Finally we work at the last level 'the magical you' the real you which brings all levels of abundance into your life.

As human beings we need to find answers to at least part of this question or we are always hungry foe something which often leads to recklessness and addictions. Hunger creates cravings in all areas of life. This hunger is the reason people do reckless things and make thoughtless decisions. A potentially inspiring and practical course, which changes you in every way. The programme is IGPP registered and accredited with Embody.
