Have known Sylvia as a therapist and friend for over 10 years and have complete trust and confidence in her integrity, sincerity, ability and professionalism. She has worked with the whole family and helped us through very difficult problems relating to my daughters addictive behaviour and eating disorders. These conditions put her life in danger and threatened the family. Sylvia not only supported my daughter during her turbulent and painful recovery but also helped the rest of the family as individuals to grow. This was a truly holistic experience for us as a family through Reiki, Counselling and Hypnotherapy.
Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and Sylvia's Reiki healing, both in the treatment room and at a distance; gave me a calmness and peace to help me face the surgery and the future. She has given me simple techniques, which I can use myself at difficult times to connect to that calmness and peace. Her special skills coupled with her own life's experiences and a great sense of humour mean that a treatment session with her has the added bonus of a meeting with a dear friend.
