In the Vedas tradition, which is the oldest in India there are seven main charkas existing within the subtle body.  At Optimum Healing we work in the Thymus as an extra.

From experience we found that clients and students asked for specific balancing in this area…and as people usually knows their own body at the level of awareness and healing they have achieved by doing the Sieves and Protection…the thymus was added in the healing process with great success.

The first technique on this CD is information and instruction, however still needs to be listened to in peace and quiet, as the technique is hypnotic.
