Sylvia's mission statement (from her grandmother) has always been ~ "There's always a solution...when you know where to look"

OPTIMUM HEALING was established in 1995 on the basis of this simple truth that there is always a solution to any problem when you know where to look!.

However due to the pressure of society, the media and sometime the family, people are often coerced into doing things not entirely suited to their personality and personal needs. We now have a 21st century disease called "dissatisfaction" which has become highly contagious. To change our lives enough to meet the needs of our future, and leave a legacy that matters…

Whatever programme or teachings you undertake with Sylvia, you will naturally follow nine very simple steps - enabling you to identify confidently any issues and problems you have, and rectify them with confidence and self-esteem. If you wish to expand further you can attend various spiritually based studies and courses.

1 to 3 CDs are always given for any full programme and teaching, and in some cases a book. A working manual is offered on most programmes to help you continue self-healing long after you have finished working with Sylvia.
